There are times in life when we stand in our own way. The mind seems insufficient to overcome adversities or achieve goals. The psychoanalytical perspective allows problems to be tackled deeply and comprehensively, be they the result of a serious event (e.g. separation, illness, death, trauma, job loss), a challenge (e.g. motherhood, starting a job, education issues, migration) or purely an inner imbalance (e.g. depression, anxiety, exhaustion). My work consists of diving into the inner world together and establishing mental connections through conversation.

Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the State University of Minas Gerais, Brazil
(UFMG). Training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with Prof. Dr. A. Souza Brasil at the "Institute for Analytical Phenomenological and Existential Psychotherapy" in Brazil. Completed studies in Anthropological Psychology, Business Informatics and Special Needs Education at the University of Zurich. Since 1995 further education at the Psychoanalytical Seminar Zurich PSZ and from 2004 to 2013 with M. Papadakis, Member of the British Society of Psychoanalysis, London.
I worked as a psychotherapist at the "Center for Psychotherapy" of the University Hospital of Belo Horizonte (Brazil), did psychosocial work at the youth settlement Heizenholz and parent emergency call in Zurich.
I have been working in my own psychotherapeutic-psychoanalytical practice since 1995, licensed by the Canton of Zurich. Since 2017 instructor for self-awareness or supervision in further education courses of the Institute KJF, Lucerne.
Offer
At the moment I have no free therapy places. The waiting time is currently at least two months.
My treatment spectrum includes adults and adolescents with neurotic disorders, personality disorders, depression, anxiety and psychosomatic complaints.
I offer therapy in the form of long-term analyses, psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapies, short-term therapies and crisis interventions.
The treatment fee is determined in the first session.
The supplementary health insurance companies (VVG) pay contributions for psychotherapies, which vary depending on the health insurance company. Please contact your health insurance company for more information.
If the treatment is provided by a medical delegation, the treatment costs will be covered by the health insurance funds.
